Child Rapists: Stay out of our State

A grand jury refused to indict a father from Shiner, Texas for the beating death of a man who was raping his five year old daughter.  I support the death penalty for child rape.  It is a heinous and evil act which should effectively strip the predator of any right to personal protection under the law. Neither should they be shielded from the actions of a father.
