For those of us who have taken a genetics course, it is apparent that the man should have strangled himself for the sperm donation which determined he would have little girls instead of little boys.
Can a Western woman even fathom the sense of vulnerability which can accompany pregnancy and childbearing for our female counterpart in certain regions of the world?
Afghanistan will remain a predatory shark pond against women and little girls.... whether we remain there, or whether we leave. We cannot change the brain map. Really, we can't. The collective "they" have to take a good hard look at the role of women in society.
